The Challenge
The company needed to grow very aggressively, in a very short period of time. The internal team was struggling to increase Acquisition without blowing up the CAC, so we needed to Act Fast, Learn about the struggles of running Facebook and YouTube Ads for Telemedicine and Supplements and be able to reach the Acquisition Goals in record time.
The Strategy
We had two main issues, the first is that the product is so innovative and new, that organize the content for building credibility was critical, and the biggest one, we got rejected our ads about 70% of the times due to the kind of product that we were running.
Knowing those limitations, we implemented the following strategy:
  • Create Pre-sell Pages so we to circumvent the algorithm
  • Educate the audience during onboarding
  • Facebook and YouTube Ads Content softened, focused 90% on lifestyle and benefits.
  • Intensive changes to the Landing Pages, testing different elements to increase CR.
  • Creatives Iterations, launching at least 15 videos and 10 images per week.
  • Consolidated Media Buying Strategy to avoid big jumps in CAC.
  • The Success
    We were able to reach a daunting, big Acquisition Goal, with a lot of effort, the Telemedicine sector is, without doubt one of the most rewarding, yet crazily complex industries to work at.
    We started to run their Marketing Strategy from September 2021 to February 2022, and since March 2022 we are in charge to run and manage campaigns for new channels such as Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok.
